Here at The Sisters Wine, it’s incredibly important to us that we live our truth. Part of that is ensuring that we support causes that make a difference to our community. Here are the causes that we stand for and stand with. We encourage you to do the same.
Dress for Success is a global not-for-profit organisation. Since starting operations in 1997, Dress for Success has expanded to more than 140 cities in 19 countries and has helped more than 1 million women work towards self-sufficiency.
Their Mission is to empower women to achieve economic independence by providing a network of support, professional attire and development tools to help women thrive in work and in life.
Their Vision is a world where women do not live in poverty, are treated with dignity and respect, and are strengthening their families and shaping their communities.
We have been in discussion with Dress for Success in New Zealand (and globally) regarding an ongoing partnership. The Sisters would be alongside them for several of their fundraising events and promote the work they do. We have already supported events in Auckland and we look forward to supporting other affiliates in New Zealand, Australia and the UK.
We believe we can help increase exposure of their amazing work and assist in raising funds so that they can continue to empower thousands of women every year.
